TERMS OF USE

The proper use of the Website requires the following: (1) a computer, laptop or other multimedia device with Internet access, (2) web browser: Mozilla Firefox ver. 17.0 and later, Internet Explorer ver. 10.0 and later, Opera ver. 12.0 and later, Google Chrome ver. 23.0. and later, Safari ver. 5.0 and later, Microsoft Edge ver. 25.10586.0.0 and later, (3) minimum recommended screen resolution: 1024×768, (4) Cookie and Javascript enabled on your browser.

This Website is publicly available to all Internet users. The use of the Website is free of charge and must be performed in accordance with the law applicable in Poland (including binding provisions of the EU law and international law – if applicable) and good practice and respect to personality rights, personal data protection and the rights of the Administrator and other persons using the Website and third parties, including copyright and intellectual property rights. Any unlawful actions that might disrupt the Website operation are prohibited. It is also prohibited to provide unlawful content.

You can stop using the Website at any time by moving to another website, closing the browser’s tab or closing the browser.

Should you have any problems, comments or questions related to the use of the Website, please contact the Administrator using contact details provided hereabove or via the contact form available on the Website. When reporting the problem, please state all the relevant information and circumstances and – if necessary – your contact details. We will react to your report immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days.

E-SERVICES ON THE WEBSITE

The Website features a contact form and a job application form to facilitate contact with the Administrator. You can use it if you choose to and free of charge. To contact the Administrator you can also decide on one of the options indicated in the beginning of these Terms of Use.

You start using the contact form or the job application form by providing your contact details (signature or name and surname), contact e-mail address and the content of the message in the form in the “Contact” tab or “Apply for the job” tab. If you use the job application form you can also provide a link to your CV. To send your message on the form you must click action field below the form – upon clicking the question or report made on the form is sent to the Administrator. You stop using the form upon sending the message thereby or when you stop writing message in the form.

PERSONAL DETAILS

The controller of the personal data collected via the Website to carry out the provisions hereof is the Administrator. Personal data is processed for the purpose, in the scope, on the bases and under terms laid down in the Privacy Policy available on the Website. Privacy policy sets out the rules of processing personal data by the Website administrator, including the purpose and scope of such processing, the rights of data subjects and information about the use of cookie files and analytical tools. You use the Website voluntarily. Providing data by the Website user is also voluntary, unless otherwise stated in the Privacy Policy (using the contact form and potential statutory obligation of the Administrator – if applicable).
